Job Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated and experienced retail professional to take on the role of Deputy Manager in our brand-new store in Dublin City Centre.

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of something new and drive the success of a brand-new location from day one. As Deputy Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the Store Manager with daily operations, including KPI management, team training, recruitment, and visual merchandising.

  • Support the Store Manager with daily operations, including KPI management, team training, recruitment, and visual merchandising.
  • Manage and motivate a dynamic team of 10, ensuring exceptional customer service and a high-performing store environment.
  • Contribute to the visual merchandising of the store and build a loyal customer base by delivering outstanding service and creating a community hub for outdoor enthusiasts.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Retail Manager, preferably in the fashion or lifestyle sector.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to build and develop a high-performing team.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • A results-driven approach with a track record of achieving sales targets and KPIs.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
