Caring Professional

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate individual to join our team as a Caring Professional. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about providing high-quality care and support to vulnerable individuals.

**Key Responsibilities**
  • Develop professional relationships with children and parents/carers.
  • Assist in the day-to-day care and supervision of children within the home.
  • Engage with children in activities such as housework, cooking, and personal care.
  • Support the development of young people through the promotion of healthy lifestyles.
  • Contribute to the multi-disciplinary assessment of young people's needs and develop appropriate care plans.


**Required Skills and Qualifications**
* A third-level qualification in applied social studies or equivalent.
* Prior experience in a similar role.
* Experience in caring for young persons.
* Ability to set and deliver goals on own initiative.
* Understanding of basic mental health issues, medical, social care, social welfare systems, and child welfare and protection.
* Compassionate and empathetic style.
