Job Title: Marketing Development Associate

The successful candidate will play a key role in driving the development and execution of innovative marketing campaigns to grow our presence in the market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the creation and implementation of impactful marketing strategies to meet business objectives.
  • Maintain and update customer-facing marketing materials, including web content, brochures, and sales presentations.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to deliver events that meet our event best practices.
  • Assist in developing and executing the marketing communication strategy for sales and customer teams.
  • Work closely with other marketing teams, product teams, and customer services to ensure a unified understanding of product offerings across the organization.
  • Participate in ad-hoc marketing and business projects as required.
Requirements:
  • Relevant third-level degree or professional marketing qualification.
  • 2-4 years' experience in the financial services industry is preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong marketing and sales skills, with evidence of relevant qualifications advantageous.
  • Highly developed communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously to tight deadlines.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills.
