Marketing Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Marketing Associate to join our dynamic marketing team.

This role offers a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience across multiple channels, campaigns, and content types.

You will work closely with senior stakeholders, contribute to integrated marketing campaigns, and develop internal communications and employer branding initiatives.

To succeed in this role, you will require excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong organisational abilities, and a genuine interest in marketing and content creation.

  • Support the creation and delivery of integrated marketing campaigns across traditional and digital channels to build client relationships, drive revenue, and enhance brand reputation.
  • Participate in content creation across various formats and channels, including developing concepts and implementing them through copywriting, design coordination, and publishing.
  • Assist in the development of internal communications and employer branding initiatives.
  • Contribute to the planning and execution of events, including liaising with senior stakeholders, managing invitations and attendee lists, coordinating with venues and suppliers, and supporting on-site logistics.
  • Monitor marketing and industry trends, as well as competitor activity.
  • Provide general team support and assist with administrative tasks.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • An enthusiastic and proactive approach with a strong team player mindset.
  • A third-level degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline with a marketing component.
  • A creative mindset with a genuine interest in marketing and content creation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
  • Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; knowledge of design tools or Adobe Creative Suite is an advantage.
