We are looking for a passionate Marketing and Business Development Executive to join our growing team. Responsibilities

As a Marketing and Business Development Executive, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our business development manager in realising the company's strategic objectives for both sales and marketing. Your responsibilities will include:

Marketing Support:

• Assisting in the development and execution of marketing campaigns, primarily in the digital domain.
• Creating and curating content for social media platforms, newsletters, and the company website.
• Conducting market research to identify trends and client preferences
• Analysing campaign performance and preparing reports with actionable insights.
• Assisting in the planning and execution of events; both in-person and online.

Business Development Support:

• Identifying potential business exposure opportunities and researching prospective clients.
• Supporting the preparation of proposals, presentations, and pitch materials.
• Assisting in maintaining and updating the CRM system with client interactions and leads.
• Coordinating meetings and follow-ups with clients and internal stakeholders.

Collaboration and Learning:

• Working closely with cross-functional teams to align marketing and business development efforts.

Attending industry events, webinars, and networking opportunities to expand knowledge and connections.

Qualifications

We are seeking a proactive and ambitious individual with the following attributes:

• Education: A degree in Marketing or a related field (recent graduates welcome).
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft compelling messages.
• Analytical Mindset: Strong research and analytical skills, with attention to detail.
• Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with marketing tools (e.g., CRM systems, social media platforms).
• Team Player: A collaborative approach with a willingness to learn and take initiative.
• Creativity: Ability to think outside the box and contribute fresh ideas to marketing campaigns.
