We are seeking a detail-focused and reliable Warehouse Operations Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys being part of a collaborative team.


">Key Responsibilities:
  • ">
  • Ensure the timely loading/unloading of logistics vehicles, identifying any missing/damaged freight and reporting immediately.
  • Support the scanning of Inbound freight and printing labels, logging all items on the WMS.
  • Upload documents and inbound shipments on the Infor system, also handling outbound shipments.
  • Maintain the warehouse and perimeter of buildings, ensuring they remain organized and efficient.
  • Assist with tasks required by customers, such as sampling, breaking down pallets, and labeling.
  • Plan loads in and out, arranging transport on Azyra system.
  • Handle customer stock takes and reports.
  • Utilize Azyra, Infor, and Pepsi SAP systems daily to optimize operations.

Candidate Profile:

The ideal candidate will have knowledge of operating a forklift and be able to work effectively in a team environment. They must possess strong time management skills and be able to work independently, while also being a team player.
