Senior Clinical Lead for Nursing Care

We are seeking an experienced senior clinical leader to oversee and maintain the highest standards of nursing care in a resident-focused establishment.

About this role:
  • Maintain clinical excellence through robust assessments, care planning, and quality outcomes
  • Oversee medication management, conduct audits, and ensure compliance with best practices
  • Develop and mentor junior leaders, including CNMs, nurses, and care assistants, through training and ongoing development
Requirements:
  • Active registration as a Registered Nurse
  • At least 6 years experience working in a nursing home, including 2+ years in leadership
  • A recognised certificate in leadership or management
  • Strong communication, organisational, and mentoring skills
  • Eligibility to work in Ireland
  • A genuine passion for promoting excellence in care and professional growth among your team
