This role involves working as a Business Support Officer, providing administrative support to the council. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administration and customer service, as well as excellent communication skills.
Main Responsibilities:
The main responsibilities of this role will include:
• General administration, including reception duties and handling confidential information
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records
• Providing excellent customer service
• Organising meetings and taking minutes
• Processing financial transactions, including recording and receiving all monies
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
• 4 GCSEs at grade C or above, including English and Maths
• 1 year of experience in administration and customer service
• Competence in the use of Microsoft Office
• Willingness to undertake an Access NI check
