Job Opportunity: Senior Hydrogeologist/Hydrologist
We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Hydrogeologist/Hydrologist to join our dynamic team in Dublin.
The successful candidate will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to scope and deliver projects in line with client requirements, providing leadership by overseeing junior team members and sub-contractors.
The ideal candidate will have excellent people skills, be driven, and also work well in a team environment, possessing a balance of technical, communication/written, and field skills.
The role involves collaborating on challenging and exciting projects within the private and public sector, requiring strong interpersonal skills and the ability to respond to tight timelines.
Responsibilities:
- Developing technical reports
- Providing leadership and managing junior team members and sub-consultants
- Communicating effectively with clients and external stakeholders
- Assisting in project and program management
- Preparing proposals and reports
Requirements:
- MSc in Environmental Science/Engineering, Hydrogeology or related disciplines
- Minimum of 5 years' experience working in the environmental sector
- Self-motivated and organised, with excellent report writing and communication skills
- Ability to problem solve and assemble complex data into clear outputs
- Capacity to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications:
- >5 Years Experience
- Full Clean Driving Licence or Working towards
- Membership/Chartership of a recognised Environmental Professional body
- Experience in Contaminated Land Site Assessment and Remediation of Contaminated Sites
