Insurance Policy Administrator

In this role, you will manage client insurance needs including renewals mid-year adjustments and claims handling supporting the Account Director.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle client insurance requirements including renewals alterations and claims.
  • Work towards achieving personal financial targets and contributing to sales goals.
  • Build strong relationships with customers.
  • Collaborate with the team to meet monthly and yearly targets and ensure adherence to processes.
  • Assist Account Director(s) with their clients and provide support as needed.

Requirements

  • Qualifications: APA or CIP qualifications
  • Skills: Strong communication teamwork and organizational and attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines are crucial.
  • Attributes: Positive attitude willingness to adapt and a strong work ethic are important. If you're enthusiastic about providing excellent customer service and eager to make an impact in the insurance industry we'd love to hear from you.
