This role will be responsible for the above activities mostly as it relates to U.S. Bank Europe (USBE) Designated Activity Company, which is an Irish credit institution subsidiary of U.S. Bank. USBE is headquartered in Cherrywood and has operations in the following European jurisdictions: Ireland, United Kingdom, Norway, Luxembourg, Spain, Germany, and Poland.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that all aspects of our business operations are compliant with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance.
  • Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure compliance.
  • Provide guidance and training to employees on compliance matters.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure effective implementation of compliance measures.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's Degree or Honours (Level 8) degree from an accredited university preferably with a major in law or finance, or equivalent work experience.
  • A minimum of seven years progressive experience in compliance or governance.
