Key Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Manage the Building Control (Amendment) Regulations (BCAR) process on construction projects.
  • Coordinate with project teams, assigned certifiers, design teams, and contractors to ensure full BCAR compliance.
  • Oversee the preparation, submission, and tracking of BCAR documentation via the Building Control Management System (BCMS).

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Relevant qualification in construction, engineering, architecture, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in BCAR coordination or similar compliance/document control role within the construction industry.
  • Strong understanding of BCAR legislation and the Building Control Management System (BCMS).
