Maintenance Supervisor

A skilled professional with expertise in maintenance operations is sought to lead a team in a multinational environment.

This permanent role involves working on a 4-cycle shift pattern.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective preventative maintenance strategies to optimize operations.
  • Manage and develop a team of technicians, enhancing their skills and contributions through training and development programs.
  • Drive continuous improvement by monitoring and analyzing the effectiveness of all maintenance activities, identifying areas for enhancement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Effectively manage resources to maximize production output, ensuring efficient use of equipment and personnel.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and logistics, to drive equipment reliability and optimize spare parts management.
  • Ensure adherence to health, safety, and quality regulations, maintaining a safe working environment and adhering to industry standards.

Requirements for Success:

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
  • Experience: 5+ years in maintenance/engineering roles within high-volume automated industries and 3+ years of leadership/supervisory experience.
  • Technical Expertise: Extensive hands-on knowledge of preventive and reactive maintenance, with a strong focus on process improvement and efficiency.
