Job Title: Facilities Maintenance Professional

As a key member of our facilities team, the Facilities Maintenance Professional will be responsible for carrying out maintenance activities in production, plant, lab, and facility settings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine and preventative maintenance tasks to ensure equipment and facilities are operational at all times.
  • Collaborate with process engineers and engineering managers to develop and implement effective maintenance procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs) and adhere to cGMP guidelines at all times.
  • Participate in project work as required and contribute to the development of engineering systems through continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Conduct equipment and facility validations as necessary to ensure they meet required standards.
cGMP Requirements:
  • Maintain lab, plant, and production equipment to stringent quality standards.
  • Ensure engineering systems are compliant with regulatory requirements.
  • Document maintenance activities accurately and maintain records as required.
  • Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures and Gowning Procedures when carrying out maintenance activities.
  • Understand and comply with Personal Hygiene Rules and notify supervision of any health conditions that may impact product quality.
  • Participate fully in all training programs and complete records accurately and on time.
  • Maintain work areas in a clean and organized manner at all times.
