Lead Turf Maintenance Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
  • Direct crew members and equipment to execute assigned work or tasks efficiently.
  • Plan and execute daily maintenance schedules to enhance the appearance and value of properties.
  • Diagnose and address turf and shrub conditions, applying knowledge of horticulture and environmental factors.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and feedback.
  • Operate and maintain landscape equipment, adhering to safety guidelines.

Requirements:
  • A passion for the outdoors and a love for hands-on work.
  • Prior experience in horticulture or landscaping preferred.
  • Knowledge of turf, weed, tree, and shrub identification is an asset.
  • Ability to complete Davey's landscape career development books and first aid, CPR, and defensive driving courses upon hire.
