Job Title: Tax Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Tax Consultant. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to expand their expertise in tax management and advisory services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of global employer services clients, providing comprehensive support and guidance on tax-related matters.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, delivering exceptional service and ensuring their needs are met.
  • Collaborate with other professionals on cross-border projects, fostering a collaborative team environment.
  • Work closely with senior management to deliver high-quality compliance and consulting services, driving business growth and success.
  • Cultivate and mentor junior staff members, including presenting in-house training sessions on tax best practices.
  • Provide expert advice on Irish payroll and international payroll tax matters, supporting clients in achieving compliance and efficiency.
Requirements:
  • Hold ITI and/or ACA or ACCA qualifications.
  • Develop and maintain strong technical skills in GES tax advisory services, staying up-to-date with industry developments and regulations.
  • Proven experience in coaching and mentoring staff, with a focus on leadership development and succession planning.
  • Be a team player with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, able to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, to support effective collaboration and presentation.
