Job Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned finance professional to assume a key tax management role.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced tax practitioner to advance their career in a collaborative and client-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, organise, and manage the completion of tax compliance engagements with precision and efficiency.
  • Support the development and implementation of strategic tax planning initiatives.
  • Assist with resource allocation, staffing coordination, and deadline management.
  • Attend client meetings and foster strong client relationships built on trust and expertise.
  • Supervise, delegate, and review the work of junior staff members.
  • Provide on-the-job training and support to team members, promoting skill development and knowledge sharing.
  • Collaborate with clients to resolve Revenue audits, negotiations, and settlement planning issues.
Requirements:
  • Chartered Tax Adviser (CTA) qualification or equivalent.
  • A minimum of three years' experience in a tax role within a practice environment.
  • Strong technical knowledge across Irish tax heads.
  • The ability to identify tax planning opportunities and add value to clients through expert advice.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated with strong initiative and a collaborative mindset.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues alike.
