Spa Therapist Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Spa Therapist to join our team at Ashford Castle, a renowned five-star hotel and spa destination in Ireland.

As a Spa Therapist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and delivering high-quality treatments to our guests. This includes:

• Providing personalized attention and care to each guest, meeting the highest standards of professionalism and courtesy
• Handling all aspects of customer interactions, including inquiries and bookings, with accuracy and attention to detail
• Maintaining the safety, cleanliness, and hygiene of the spa facility at all times
• Offering expert advice on beauty products and brands available onsite

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A recognized qualification in body and beauty therapy, such as ITEC, CIBTAC, or CIDESCO
• Previous experience working in a hotel spa, preferably in a five-star environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A friendly and approachable demeanor, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
