Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Quality Specialist to join our team. In this critical role, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring the accuracy and seamless implementation of suppliers' content on our booking platform.

Main Responsibilities and Key Tasks:

  • Upload and maintain car rental suppliers' rental conditions/locations and fleet into our database with precision.
  • Utilize data quality management reports to identify discrepancies, resolve issues through analytical problem-solving, and upload content post-testing completion.
  • Maximize content availability across all relevant markets, enabling the Trading team to compete globally and drive revenue growth effectively.
  • Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement within the team by suggesting ideas for process enhancements and efficiency gains.
  • Collaborate proactively with Customer Support to minimize real-time customer issues, resolving them with a proactive and forward-looking approach.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for departments regarding supplier content questions and issues.
  • Optimize value-added offerings from key suppliers/markets based on business requirements.

Critical Interfaces:

  • Car Supply Teams – Maintain daily communication with relationship managers to ensure suppliers' needs are consistently addressed.
  • Customer – Foster an open line of communication regarding any supply-related customer issues.
  • Product – Liaise with Product and P&T teams to resolve technical issues in a timely and productive manner.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2–3 years' experience in a data entry, data quality, or technical data-related role.
  • Knowledge of the car rental industry is desirable.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and act on data insights.
  • Proficient with Excel, previous experience with Tableau/ThoughtSpot/Salesforce/SQL considered advantageous.
  • Excellent attention to detail combined with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Proven track record of effectively managing and prioritizing your workload with a strong focus on accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently, handle multiple projects simultaneously, and drive initiatives in a cross-functional environment.
  • Skilled at identifying inefficiencies and opportunities for process improvement and acting to implement changes.
  • Comfortable making quick, well-informed decisions daily based on available information.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
