Guest Experience Manager Position
We are seeking a skilled Guest Experience Manager to ensure a professional service to all guests and maintain high standards throughout the resort.
The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and setting up areas prior to and after service, handling cash transactions in accordance with company policy, working varying shifts, and conducting routine security checks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure all areas are properly prepared and set-up prior to and after service
- Carry out cash handling procedures in accordance with Company policy
- Work varying shifts, including days, evenings, weekends and holidays
- Conduct routine security checks of the property with appropriate action taken
- Liaise with departments as required
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years experience in a duty management position within a similar environment
- Strong food and beverage background essential
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Standard driven, with attention to detail
- Reliable and enthusiastic individual
