Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Transfer Lead to join our team at the Cork site.

This role is responsible for managing tech transfer plans, developing and executing project plans, and holding team members accountable for deliverables.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as strong self-management and organizational abilities.

Main Responsibilities

  • Manage scope and timelines for new products via collaboration with project sponsors.
  • Develop and oversee execution of project plans and delivery of project milestones.
  • Hold team members accountable for achievement of key project deliverables.
  • Facilitate internal and joint process team meetings.

Requirements

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent self-management and organizational skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
  • Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering/Science or another engineering/project management discipline with extensive pharmaceutical manufacturing experience.
