Senior Transfer Specialist

A seasoned professional with 3+ years of experience is required to oversee the transfer process for a multinational pharmaceuticals client.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement project plans with realistic timelines.
- Maintain change processes to align with peers and leaders on modifications to timelines, deliverables, milestones, and resourcing.
- Hold team members accountable for key deliverables in alignment with the project plan and corporate standards.
- Facilitate Internal Process Team meetings.
- Support supply chain and quality with batch release and shipment management.
- Integrate API EM project planning with internal stakeholder plans and CM operational plans.
- Provide project management support to other API EM Team members.
- Utilize tools to monitor and control the project (metrics, dashboards, scorecards).
Requirements:
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent self-management and organizational skills.
- Strong interpersonal and teambuilding skills.
- Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering/Science or other engineering/project management discipline.
- 3–4+ years of work experience in manufacturing operations, technical transfer, or project management roles.
