Senior Product Transfer Quality Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Transfer Quality Manager to lead our Product Transfer Quality team and mentor engineers. This leadership role is pivotal in ensuring every product transfer meets the highest standards of quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop highly capable processes for product transfer, resulting in high yield and enabling scalability.
- Optimize inspection strategies for launch through technology, automation, and supplier certification.
- Enable lean inspection strategies, reducing inspection cost per unit.
- Cultivate staff who champion quality assurance during product transfers, ensuring established metrics are met or exceeded.
- Oversee production and process controls throughout the manufacturing process.
- Foster collaborative professional relationships across Divisions and functions associated with product transfers.
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Science discipline or equivalent.
- Business Management or MBA is an advantage.
- Minimum 10+ years' experience in regulated manufacturing environments.
- Minimum 6+ years' experience managing talented teams.
Travel Percentage: 20%
