Job Title: R&D Innovation Leader

Seek a highly skilled and experienced R&D innovation leader to spearhead clinical assay development and technical leadership for new flow cytometry-based projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Advise on all matters related to clinical flow cytometry assay development, ensuring scientific rigor and regulatory compliance.
  • Assess technical feasibility of projects, identify risks, and propose solutions.

The successful candidate is expected to have a deep understanding of product characterization, verification, and validation activities, as well as the regulatory landscapes guiding these activities.
