IT Professional

We are seeking a seasoned IT Officer to join our team in Dublin. This exciting opportunity will see you manage a small team of assistants in the IT department and implement and maintain unified communication and collaboration solutions across our business offices in Ireland.

• Lead a team of IT assistants and implement unified communication and collaboration solutions
• Implement and maintain PC hardware and Windows operating systems
• Familiarity with meeting room technology, Telecoms support and Mobile support is essential
• Supervisory experience is required

This role requires an experienced IT Officer with a strong technical background and excellent understanding of PC hardware and Windows operating systems. If you have a degree in Computer Science or Engineering and 5+ years' experience in a similar role, we would love to hear from you.

• Degree in Computer Science or Engineering
• 5+ years' experience in a similar role
• Excellent understanding of PC hardware and Windows operating systems
• Strong technical background and experience with unified communications solutions
• Project Management experience
• Knowledge of MTR Solutions, Audio & Video Codecs
