Evening Turn Down Assistant Job

We are recruiting skilled professionals to fill the role of Evening Turn Down Assistants in our Accommodation Team.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining 5-star accommodation standards, ensuring a welcoming and pleasant environment for guests, and reporting to Accommodation Supervisors and Managers.

  • Perform evening turn down service in guest bedrooms with precision and attention to detail.
  • Replenish amenities and prepare rooms for evening arrival with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
  • Maintain high cleanliness standards in bedrooms, bathrooms, corridors, and public areas, adhering to industry best practices.

The ideal candidate should possess strong organisational skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. A high standard of spoken and written English is essential.

Key Responsibilities

As an Evening Turn Down Assistant, you will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring a smooth and efficient evening turn down service.
  • Replenishing amenities and preparing rooms for evening arrival.
  • Maintaining high cleanliness standards in all areas of the hotel.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you should have:

  • Previous experience in a similar housekeeping or accommodation role.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
