We are looking for an associate to join our HR team as a key point of contact for employees and managers. You will be responsible for providing support on all aspects of operational HR, dealing with employee lifecycle, and supporting global HR projects.

This role involves maintaining accurate personnel records, managing the 'Ask HR' inbox, providing advice and support to managers and staff, and assisting with payroll administration. You will also be involved in HR Projects & Initiatives and perform other duties as assigned.

  • A bachelor's degree in human resources or similar experience is required. Working towards a qualification in Human Resource Management is also desired.
  • Previous experience working in human resources for a fast-paced organization is necessary.
