Product Development Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a Product Development Manager to drive the development of retail investment solutions in Dublin. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams, working closely with external partners, internal stakeholders, and distributors to ensure a competitive offering of products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform product development and evolution.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with investment partners to identify new product opportunities.
  • Collaborate with distribution partners to plan and execute workshops on future product launches and market trends.
  • Design and implement analytics capabilities to identify behavioural triggers.
  • Streamline the product development process to align with evolving commercial and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide guidance, coaching, and mentoring to team members to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Ensure a steady flow of quantitative and qualitative inputs to support actionable product development insights.
Requirements:
  • 7-10 years of experience in product management, product development, market intelligence, or research.
  • Strong knowledge of Investment Markets, asset classes, return drivers, risk, manager styles, and managed solutions.
  • Demonstrable knowledge of UCITS and/or other industry regulations (AIFMD, ELTIFS, Insurance).
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills in English.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills and familiarity with Morningstar/Broadridge is an advantage.
