Job Opportunity: In-House Lawyer

A challenging role has arisen for a Legal Graduate to join our team as an in-house lawyer.

About the Role:

  • The successful candidate will provide legal advice and support on a wide range of business and commercial matters, ensuring compliance with regulations and laws.
  • They will draft, review, and negotiate legal documents, including contracts and agreements, as well as conduct research and analysis to provide guidance on legal issues and risks.

Responsibilities:

  • Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating legal documents.
  • Conducting legal research and analysis.
  • Supporting the legal team in developing templates and knowledge management tools.
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure legal alignment with business objectives.
  • Coordinating internal projects, including designing and implementing structured programs to support legal operations.
