The role of Senior HR Strategist will be responsible for leading all aspects of HR operations and strategic HR delivery across diverse business units.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To design, deliver and implement effective HR strategies and projects;
  • To lead and mentor the HR teams;
  • To take ownership of employee relations and industrial relations issues;
  • To oversee the compensation and benefits, recruitment and training programs;
  • To implement HR cultural initiatives;
  • To analyze industry best practices for adoption;
  • To provide HR input to senior leadership decision-making processes;
Requirements:
  • A third-level degree in HR, business studies or a relevant discipline;
  • Four to five years' relevant HR experience, ideally in a HR leadership role;
  • Excellent IT skills including a high level of ability in all Microsoft applications;
  • Excellent attention to detail and interpersonal skills;
  • Proven ability to lead teams and deliver on HR projects and initiatives;
  • Experience working in a unionized environment would be an advantage;
