About This Role

We are seeking an experienced Group HR Manager to join our team. As a key member of the leadership group, you will be responsible for providing strategic direction and operational oversight of human resources functions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement HR strategies that promote a positive work culture, employee engagement, and retention;
  • Lead and manage HR teams to achieve high-performance results, focusing on talent acquisition, employee relations, training and development, and benefits administration;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address workforce planning needs, ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, and develop business cases for HR initiatives;
  • Design, deliver, and evaluate training programs that enhance employee skills and competencies, improving overall organizational performance;
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of employment legislation, industry trends, and best practices in human resources management, applying expertise to inform HR policy and practice;
  • Manage complex HR issues, resolving conflicts and addressing staff complaints in a fair, timely, and confidential manner, ensuring employee rights and organizational interests are protected;
Requirements
  • Proven track record as a senior-level HR professional with experience in leading HR teams and developing comprehensive HR strategies;
  • Strong understanding of employment legislation, labor laws, and industry standards related to human resources management;
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with ability to influence stakeholders at all levels;
  • Strategic thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills, with capacity to interpret data and make informed decisions;
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks, managing multiple projects, and meeting deadlines;
  • Postgraduate qualification in Human Resources or a related field (e.g., MA, MSc, MBA).
