Executive Chef Opportunity

Job Description:

We are currently recruiting an accomplished Executive Chef to lead our culinary team in a prestigious property rich in history. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our kitchen and driving excellence in food preparation and presentation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance and leadership
  • Oversee the operations of all outlets, organizing workflow and hiring new staff members as needed
  • Monitor food costs and inventory levels to ensure that profit goals are met
  • Conduct regular inspections of the kitchen facilities, storage areas, and equipment used in the preparation process to ensure compliance with health codes and standards
  • Develop and implement new menus
Requirements:
  • Extensive knowledge of kitchen operations and current culinary trends
  • Excellent communication and people skills to motivate and teach kitchen staff
  • Prior experience overseeing multiple outlets in a 4- or 5-star environment
