At FRS Recruitment, we are seeking a highly skilled Mortgage Broker to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our mortgage brokerage, you will support clients with property purchases and mortgage switches.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personalized advice on available mortgage options to clients
- Manage the full mortgage process, including preparation, submission, and follow-up on applications with various providers
- Track and manage new business pipelines to ensure timely progress on applications
- Coordinate with clients and lenders throughout the mortgage completion process
- Maintain comprehensive, compliant client files and handle day-to-day administrative inquiries
- Support all aspects of new business processing and existing client reviews
- Keep the CRM system updated to reflect accurate client and business pipeline information

Experience Required:
- Minimum of 2-3 years' experience in a mortgage advisory or similar financial advisory role
- QFA / APA Qualified
- In-depth knowledge of the Irish mortgage market, products, and lending criteria
- Experience liaising with lenders, solicitors, and other third-party providers in the mortgage process
- Familiarity with compliance and regulatory standards
- Proficient in using CRM systems and other mortgage processing software
- Excellent communication skills, with experience in guiding clients through complex financial decisions
