Job Overview:
Shape Search & Selection is seeking a highly skilled Finishing Foreman to join their team. As a Finishing Foreman, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful completion of residential and commercial construction projects.

Main Responsibilities:
Work closely with the Site Manager/Project Manager to organize daily requirements, including labour, materials, and expected targets. Manage and coordinate site staff and sub-contractors to maintain the highest standards of health and safety. Perform administrative tasks, such as recording performance and progress of site operations.

Requirements:
2+ years experience in a similar position (Site Manager/Foreman/Finishing Foreman/Site Supervisor/Charge Hand). Third-level qualification in construction management or hold trade certificates. Previous experience working on commercial/residential fit-out projects. Ability to lead personnel, use initiative, and be self-motivated. Knowledge of latest building regulations and certification standards. Ability to work well under pressure and meet specified deadlines. Full clean driver's license.

What We Offer:
€65k-€80k (DOE). Healthcare vehicle + fuel card/allowance if preferred. Pension contributions. Good working environment within an established, well-equipped team.
