Job Description:

The HR Consultant/Advisor plays a critical role in ensuring the success of our organization by providing HR guidance to internal client groups and consulting with management on employment-related matters.

This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate will have experience in consulting, business partnering, or employee relations and a solid understanding of employment law.

Responsibilities:

  • Providing HR guidance to internal client groups and consulting with management on employment-related matters.
  • Developing and implementing HR programs to enhance employee engagement and development.
  • Partnering with Talent Acquisition to build a high-quality, diverse talent pipeline.
  • Maintaining awareness of and complying with employment laws and regulations.
