The Role: The HR Consultant/Advisor acts as a consultant to managers and individual contributors, providing HR guidance to internal client groups. This role involves consulting with management regarding the interpretation and application of corporate human resources programs, building relationships with managers, and delivering Human Resource solutions that effectively address business issues and needs.
- Consults with managers on employment-related situations and partners with them on change initiatives with people impacts.
- Provides guidance and leadership to managers and partners on dispute resolution, disciplinary action, regulatory compliance, problem-solving, redundancy, and litigation avoidance.
- Liaises between managers, HR Business Partners, and other HR functions to ensure coordinated efforts in line with internal client needs.
- Supports the implementation of HR programs, such as career planning and performance management, and coaches managers in supporting a culture committed to employee engagement, development, and growth.
Key Responsibilities: This role requires ensuring compliance with all employment and labor laws, maintaining an awareness of regional, country, local, and company regulations, and partnering with Talent Acquisition to achieve a high-quality, diverse talent pipeline.
