At Electric Skyline Limited, we are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and supporting key HR functions including recruitment, performance management, employee relations, learning and development, employee benefits, and compliance with HR legislation.

Job Summary:

The Human Resources Coordinator will report to the Head of Human Resources and will be responsible for coordinating the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening candidates, and conducting interviews. They will also assist with the performance management lifecycle, coach and support managers to set up development plans for employees based on performance reviews, and support initiatives to improve employee engagement and productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in identifying training needs and coordinate relevant training sessions.
  • Support employee development programs to enhance skill sets and improve performance.
  • Maintain records of training activities and employee progress.
  • Develop a Learning Management System to enhance L&D opportunities.
  • Assist with payroll, benefits, and compensation management.
  • Help employees with questions regarding benefits, leave policies, and compensation.
  • Ensure HR policies and procedures comply with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Monitor and track employee records for compliance with legislation.
  • Conduct audits to ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Support Managers and Head of Human Resources in handling employee concerns, performance issues, and disciplinary/grievant matters.
  • Facilitate conflict resolution and promote positive employee relations practices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources.
  • CIPD Qualified highly desirable.
  • 3 – 5 years of HR experience (preferably as an HR Generalist).
  • Strong understanding of employment legislation, HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality in handling personal, sensitive information.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems.
