About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Social Care Professional to join our team and contribute to providing high-quality care to vulnerable young people in a residential setting.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in social care, with a minimum level 7 qualification or equivalent. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively within a team environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • To provide high-quality care to young people in accordance with the Irish National Standards for Children's Residential Centres
  • To work closely with colleagues to ensure a safe and supportive living environment for residents
  • To maintain accurate records of resident care and progress
  • To participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • A minimum level 7 qualification in Social Care or relevant equivalent
  • Full, clean manual driver's license valid in Ireland
  • Knowledge of the Irish National Standards for Children's Residential Centres
  • Eligible to work in Ireland
  • Minimum 2 years' experience working at Social Care grade with young persons
