Job Title: Technical Engineering Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Technical Engineering Manager to join our team. As a Technical Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for leading a global engineering team to design, implement, test, and integrate AI-powered applications using Agile and DevOps methodologies.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you must have significant experience leading teams through Agile and DevOps processes, ideally in AWS, Java, and Python environments. You should also have a deep understanding of building scalable cloud-native applications, applying modern concurrency principles, and working with programming languages central to our core business.

You should be proficient in troubleshooting, issue resolution, and system monitoring, ensuring applications run smoothly in production environments. Additionally, you should be adept at interacting with architecture, design, and product while applying modern product development pipelines, ensuring efficiency and quality in every stage of the software lifecycle.

A strong track record of leading and mentoring engineering teams is essential, as well as the ability to prioritize tasks and set clear objectives. It would be beneficial if you have familiarity with and/or experience in the insurance industry.
