Technical and Engineering Recruitment Lead

We are seeking a seasoned recruitment expert to spearhead the growth of our technical and engineering desk. As a leader in this field, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with clients, sourcing top talent, and managing the full recruitment lifecycle.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to grow the technical and engineering desk
- Engage with senior-level candidates across specialist functions
- Establish and maintain strong client relationships to drive business development and fee generation
- Manage the full recruitment process from sourcing to placement
- Negotiate terms and fees while maintaining long-term relationships
Requirements:
- 4+ years of agency recruitment experience, preferably in engineering, manufacturing, or technical markets
- Track record of client engagement and fee generation
- Confidence in communicating with engineers, technical managers, and senior stakeholders
- Business development skills with a strategic approach to building a desk
- Strong candidate management and communication skills
