Job Title: Product Assurance Expert
At our organization, we are seeking a Product Assurance Expert to lead our product development and quality assurance efforts.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing product design history files and device master records documentation;
- Ensuring project teams utilize our company's quality systems and relevant regulations throughout the product development process;
- Evaluating material biocompatibility and suitable methods of sterilization during the product design cycle;
- Conducting risk assessments to determine the ability of products to function as intended;
- Implementing timely corrective and preventative actions, change control, and notification procedures;
- Interacting with customer and supplier companies in a professional manner and proactively communicating to ensure an ongoing two-way exchange of information;
- Intervening and contributing to the successful resolution of technical issues when they arise;
- Ensuring all work satisfies the requirements of our company's quality manual.
- Continually looking for opportunities to improve compliance and product quality.
Key qualifications include:
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field;
- 6+ years of medical device design and development/quality assurance experience is required;
- Ability to interact with client companies in a professional manner;
- Demonstrated ability to lead product verification & validation activities;
- Experience working with operations to develop strong manufacturing process instructions and operator training is desired.
