Quality Assurance Position Available

We are seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our quality assurance function, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest standards of quality are maintained across all aspects of our operations.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of quality management principles and practices, as well as excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. You will be responsible for reviewing and implementing quality procedures, conducting audits and investigations, and providing recommendations for process improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain quality procedures and processes
- Conduct regular audits and investigations to identify areas for improvement
- Provide training and support to staff on quality procedures and practices
- Collaborate with other departments to implement quality improvements
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. quality assurance, engineering)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in quality assurance or a related field
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
