Quality Assurance Professional

We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team in Galway. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality management and be able to work effectively in a production environment.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor compliance with quality standards and procedures, providing coaching and training as required.
- Implement process improvements to reduce defects and improve overall quality.
- Develop and maintain quality control procedures and processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address quality-related issues.
- Conduct audits and inspections to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Communicate quality performance metrics and trends to stakeholders.
- Participate in the development and implementation of quality policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., engineering, science, or mathematics).
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a quality assurance or related role.
- Strong knowledge of quality management principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
