Senior Manufacturing QA Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced professional to fill the role of Senior Manufacturing QA. This position will be responsible for ensuring quality assurance across various manufacturing processes and external suppliers, including contract manufacturers.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Oversee production quality for electronic and system-level products
  • Lead root cause analysis investigations and manage Corrective Action Preventive Action (CAPA) procedures
  • Support process validations, documentation reviews, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
  • Manage supplier performance, participate in audits, and drive continuous improvement initiatives
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance product quality and meet industry regulations

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, or a related field
  • Minimum 3-7 years of experience in QA or manufacturing within a regulated industry, preferably medical devices
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements, quality systems, and risk management principles
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills, with attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a team environment
