As a seasoned Quality Assurance Professional, you will be responsible for developing and implementing quality control procedures and standards that drive excellence in our products.

About the Role
  • Design and implement quality assurance protocols to ensure product integrity and reliability.
  • Conduct rigorous inspections and audits of materials, components, and finished goods to identify areas for improvement.
  • Maintain accurate documentation related to quality inspections, test reports, and non-conformance records.
  • Analyze quality issues, identify root causes, and develop corrective and preventive actions to mitigate future occurrences.
  • Apply statistical process control (SPC) techniques to monitor and enhance manufacturing processes.
  • Operate and interpret results from a Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) to guarantee precise measurement and verification of components.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize manufacturing processes and ensure compliance with industry standards.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Quality Engineer in an engineering or manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of quality management systems (ISO 9001, Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, etc.).
  • Proficiency in CMM operation and programming.
  • Proficiency in quality control tools and methodologies, such as FMEA, SPC, and root cause analysis.
