Job OpportunityWe are seeking a diligent Quality Assurance professional to join our team.
- Evaluate complex product exceptions and develop effective solutions.
- Make informed decisions regarding product quality, including the disposition of non-conforming products.
- Promote excellence in product and process quality through continuous improvement initiatives.
- Stay knowledgeable on regulatory requirements, such as MDR and QSR standards, and ensure compliance through best practices.
- Utilize advanced validation techniques and associated regulatory knowledge to drive business growth.
- Assess new equipment, processes, and chemicals for environmental impact and optimize them for improved sustainability.
- Analyze operational, test, and validation data to establish performance standards and technical specifications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product and technology transfers, meeting all internal and regulatory requirements.
- Apply Six Sigma, statistical analysis, and Lean principles to investigate and resolve problems, enhancing overall quality.
Requirements:
- A degree in an Engineering or Science-related field (Level 8 or equivalent).
- A minimum of 2 years' experience working at an engineering level, preferably within the Medical Device industry.
- Experience with internal and external audit processes is highly valued.
- A collaborative mindset, with a commitment to upholding departmental and site objectives.
