System Turnover Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled System Turnover Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our project execution team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that mechanical systems meet quality, safety, and operational standards prior to handover.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Conduct thorough inspections and assessments of mechanical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, piping, and process systems, to verify compliance with design specifications and industry standards.
    • Oversee the compilation and review of turnover documentation, including as-built drawings, equipment manuals, inspection reports, and compliance certifications, ensuring all necessary paperwork is accurate and complete.
    • Collaborate with project engineers, contractors, and operations teams to facilitate smooth communication and coordination regarding mechanical systems, addressing any issues or discrepancies that arise during final inspections and tests.
    • Evaluate system performance and ensure that all mechanical systems comply with regulatory requirements and industry standards, conducting audits as necessary to uphold safety and quality benchmarks.
    • Provide training and support to operations personnel and ensure they are familiar with system functionalities and maintenance requirements.
  • Required Skills and Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in system turnover engineering, preferably in the construction industry.
    • Proven track record of delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget.
    • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
