Store Manager Opportunity

A dynamic Store Manager is required to lead our retail store in Kildare.

This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven and ambitious individual with strong leadership capabilities, retail expertise, and a passion for driving sales growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all aspects of the store's operations, including convenience store management and customer service excellence.
  • Lead and motivate a team of retail associates to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Implement and enforce operational policies and procedures to ensure compliance and efficiency.
  • Manage inventory levels, ordering and receiving stock, and conducting regular stock takes.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and increase profitability.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the forecourt area, convenience store, and restrooms.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and promptly.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and suppliers.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the retail or convenience store industry.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of retail operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and sales techniques.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
