Job Title: Event Operations DirectorWe are seeking an experienced hospitality professional to join our team as an Event Operations Director. The successful candidate must have the necessary skills, experience & knowledge to create a seamless experience for our guests.Main Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and run daily event operations to ensure a successful experience for all guests.
  • Ensure standards of service are consistent and in line with client expectations.
  • Communicate information to the kitchen and other supportive departments prior to and during service.
  • Plan and organize all events in accordance with guests' requirements.
  • Direct and delegate tasks and responsibilities to staff.
  • Actively assist in the induction and training of both full and part-time staff.
Candidate Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a similar role in a 4-star background.
  • Excellent knowledge of Food and Beverage.
  • Excellent Customer Service and Communication Skills.
  • Strong interpersonal, leadership, time management and organizational skills.
  • Extensive experience in C&B staff training, knowledge and skills, grooming, customer service and service etiquette.
  • Fluent English.
  • 3rd level Hospitality Diploma or equivalent preferable.
  • Proficient Computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite.
