• Lead dairy enzyme application development for new product innovation.
• Serve as subject matter expert for Kerry's dairy enzyme portfolio.
• Manage global cross-functional projects, including customer collaborations.

You'll work cross-functionally with global teams, support key customers, and guide the scientific direction of enzyme applications through lab and pilot plant trials.

• PhD in Biochemistry, Biochemical Engineering, Dairy Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience in enzyme research or application, ideally within dairy.
• Strong project management skills, with a track record of taking products from concept to launch.
